10 bucks on powercreep next update. They could have just introduced an earlier Rafale with 6 MICAs and no HMD and we would be golden
I mean that is the rafale we got on release. Gaijin just decided it should get 2 extra MICAs and HMD for some reason a few days after release iirc.

This has been a thing for a few months now, I bought myself a F1C-200 early this year with discounts and every match was just that jet. After Hornet Sting even more people got themself one, and teams were already starting to have 4 or even 5 rafales, we are already at the point where rafales teams are a thing, and the next update discounts will be the same.
No surprise tho tbh, ofc everyone will want to grind a jet that performs as good as the Rafale.

Yeah thats what i mean. At some point all of these Mirages will be a Rafale and correct me if im wrong but France cant fight France rn in air rb so it will be just be France curbstomping everyone.

That’s not fair for production vehicles and is a clear double standard.
It’s no one’s fault that vehicle was only ever a prototype and thus shouldn’t get any preferential treatment.
That is compromising the vehicle.
You’re reducing their capabilities to the level of other vehicles found at similar BRs. I don’t want to play copy paste vehicles with different skins, and I doubt neither do you considering your comment few replies back:
Completely ignoring a weapons real life capabilities to bring it on the same level as a corresponding weapon from another tree completely undermines the spirit of the game. If they do that then why dont we all just play the same vehicles with different skins? That would be a super balanced and fair experience but its hardly what we want, is it?
Rafale has ~70% of games of German EFT and both were added at the same time.
For contrast, 122A/PLSS which are extremely good tanks were added half a year before the BVM, but they only have a fraction of BVM’s games.
It’s hard to powercreep Rafale unless you add IIR missiles which aren’t coming soon.
It already had HMD on release
It also had only 35 flares instead of the current 52
And the Flight model also wasn’t as busted

France is also next in line to get a rank 8 premium, like some other countries. Seeing how well the F1C is selling, I have no doubt the new premium will too.
My money is on a dutch plane.
I belive so too, I was almost sure an F16 was the choice, but since it got added as a squad I guess they had something else in mind.
Edit: nvm I just remembered the F16 is from Belgium lmao

either the next update or the december update. if i had to guess they will probably add T4 eft , su35 , gripen E. ( + ARMs , maybe ECM)

Not really, all 12.0 Leos 2s use the dm53 but theyre still unique vehicles.
Air grind is vastly faster than ground.

Even with that, Rafale has almost the same amount of games as certain 122s despite latter ones being years older. Ground is also played more than Air on average.

I mean they do the same with planes where they dont introduce certain missiles to balance it out which is a better way to nerf a vehicle for balance than unhistorically changing aspects about the vehicle itself.
True but the Christian II was only introduced in 2024 and the speed difference between premium grinding air and ground is still massive.
adding IIR will literally widen the gap. rafale will be much more op compared to the rest. what other jet gets 8x mica ir equivalents that outrange every other IIR missile ?
The Main issue Is that they kept buffing It while every statistic showed it was curbstomping the entire competition, and It Just kept getting stronger every update.
All while every one else kept being ignored
