Tho you missing the point: USSR has two planes spamming Kh38s at the BR 13+. NATO has quite ALL the planes 10.7+ spam AGM65s.
Had them spam when the only SPAA was Tunguska.

My bad… NATO SPAA’s/SAM’s (from 11.7+) have all the tools to deal with the Kh-38.

What i see as the most common thing referred to as Low, Mid and Top tier (for tanks and planes) is:
Low: Rank 1, 2 and 3
Mid: Rank 4, 5 and 6
Top (or High): Rank 7 and 8 (and most recently now also 9 in planes)
