Not all 2A7 players spawn a 2A5/6/PSO, and not all 2A5/6/PSO players spawn a 2A7. That’s not how these stats work, and is admittedly a flaw that likely cannot be resolved. The best you can do is play a ton of games across different times and servers, compare them with others who did the same, and see the results.
In my squadron circle we’ve come to the consensus that German players just have an aneurysm and leave the match instantly against a full lobby of 13.0 Russia, even if CAS has not yet spawned.
And how is that any different to any other major?
russia doesn’t even have as many viable 12.7 tanks, so what makes them inherently more willing to respawn?
Havent been for a LONG time! Though depending who is on the opposing side can shift the outcome…a bad 28NM player wont do much, lose a bunch of points and leave the game. Same with 30SM or 34. If they are a good one, than you need good SPAA to take care of it which can also go either direction. Hence why playerbase shifts affect the winrates A LOT depending which nation got the new interesting vehicle
Let’s take Russia for example
Avg Russia player will spawn his BVM, get a kill or 2, and because spawning a Heli is so damn cheap, once he dies, he will sit in said heli for the rest of the game.
If said player did not get enough sp, he goes into another tank so he has the chance to enter the dopamine machine that is the 28NM, or just spawn AA and sit in that for the entire game. I’d say it’s just the morale of having the chance to enter an OP Heli like the 64E or NM.
It’s safe to say that Germany is bleeding good players to US/USSR at 12.7, as the former has little to offer besides 2A7V.
Sweden not being a great tank nation is just missinformation.
Yes so it’s a lineup problem not a player problem.
I’m not even disputing that, I’m just saying that there is no statistical evidence for a player migration big enough to be the main reason for these big winrate changes everytime the game gets powercrept. It might absolutely be a minor reason but the main driver is equipment not average player skill
I know, did I mention Sweden anywhere? The factor of good tanks isnt as great as it once was and the requirements for a win dont rely only on the MBTs but are now more spread out across all platforms imo
You’ve replied to a message about sweden, saying they are a strong tank nation.
I mean, basically…
I only play Germany at this point for the 2A7V, otherwise I hold no special interest in the nation at all, otherwise I play Russia/US/France/grinding China.
If they gave the UHT say, the LFK NG so it can have a good AAM, or added more Leopard 2s that are modern, like the 2A6MA3 or the 2A8 even, I’d play them more.
Heck, if they just fixed the Poomer and the Leopard 2s to make them actually realistic in terms of protection, I’d say Germany would get a bunch of players back, but would Gaijin ever?
Nope…only hope is the 2A8 powercreep once it comes out
No? I replied to a tank lineup in general. Cant say much about Sweden except that the MBTs are good from my experience of being on the receiving end of them.
Kinda a mix of both, Germany’s lack of meta LDIRCM heli leads experienced players to move to other nations, leaving inexperienced ones to rot. These inexperienced players clearly don’t like playing out matches and leave because they either don’t want to play against CAS, or think the match is lost before it started, exaggerating the problem.
Youre describing more of a vicious circle than a mix but yeah. I still think youre somewhat overestimating the amount of players able to seamlessly swap between all 3 majors with full lineups but weve established that the lineups viability in the meta is the core issue so im fine with that.
Sorry but these claims are pointless and his stats on 2A7V doesnt prove anything.
For example all these rounds won against Russian teams which means i can basically claim that Russian players are also as bad as Germans are but in the end it will prove nothing.
@SadRIPer Here is 20 top tier games as you asked (I will collect more, but look at this as an update):
So for the Games against Russia that would be a 58% winrate for NATO, but if we count all game that would make a 50% winrate for NATO. A far cry from the 70-80% Russian GRB winrates you keep claiming.
(and I deliberately played nations with Leo 2s as little as possible, so you can’t just dismiss this by going "hurr durr but you used Leo 2s)
Russian players are also bad, but the T-80s are pretty forgiving for the mistakes that Russian players usually make (let’s be honest, their most common mistake is just holding W and rushing in).
The 2A7s and 122s are also very forgiving for this, unfortunately a lot of German players are afraid to have their paint scratched.
Because unlike Russians German players doesnt have another armored Leopard ready on their Line-up once their 2A7V is gone, hence why i play much more agressive with Swedish Line-up while play quite cautios with my 2A7V.
If Germany had more armored Leopards with proper armor values and PUMA’s they would smack the entire game in GRB.
I think Line-ups speaks for themselves.
I think that also depends on what we consider aggressive. I don’t expect German players to hold/run in/drift around corners into the enemy team, but not sitting around a random corner corner giving up all the objectives and all map control for free would already make German teammates much more bearable.
Problem isn’t bein agressive nor bein passive, its the confidence.
For example most Russian players have insane amount of confidence due their armored tanks while most German players hesitates even when playing with 2A7V because they know once that tank is gone they have to be much more cautious and has to put more work compare to Russians, its the main reason why most of them adopted more passive gameplay and focused on their personal scoreboard rather than looking at bigger picture.
For example couple weeks ago I played advance to rhine with my 2A7V and managed to hold the line between B and C by myself.
I only managed to did that because enemy Russian team was made from clueless players who rushed towards me and didn’t knew how to deal with armored Leopard but even then I put much more effort to hold that line.
This proves even single armored Leopard can stop almost entire Russian battalion but it requires significant amount of patience, knowledge, courage and game experience which most players lacks in 2026.
2A8 is basically just a 2A7V with APS, 4th gen thermals w/auto-track, and no optical channel weakpoint… cus Gaijin will never add DM83 or give it the proper armor it should have
