IRIS-T SLM is the best top tier SPAA while following closed by:
HQ11 and MAMBA.
Pantsir is only good against close range targets and incoming munitions due to twin 30mm’s and SACLOS missiles.
Still best SACLOS SPAA by far tho.

As for the Mamba, I can’t speak of it. I have had no trouble fighting it but I imagine the 1500m/s missile can be quite deadly against unsuspecting enemies

CS/SA5 missiles can’t even turn properly and doesnt even have a range.
HQ11’s missiles works perfectly fine, managed to get 4/5 kills in single run without dying and works also against helicopters that has magical shield aka LDIRCM which FB10A fails to do the same thing.
Got both SPAA on my line-up and I’m only keeping CS on my line-up in Case in need to deal with close range helicopter attacks and light vehicles.

CS only works against clueless or people who likes to rocket run on their stock helicopters.
Any semi decent pilot can easily evade its missiles and its gun.
I have had no issue utilizing the CS/SA5. The missile, even though it isn’t the most agile, is capable enough of destroying enemy jets while being completely immune to multipathing. The gun and smoke grenades also make you virtually immune to the vast majority of air-to-ground munitions (with the exception of vikhr chains) while the HQ11 missiles will wiggle out of control when fired at clusters of munitions
According to stats, crotale, elde 98 and cs sa5 should go to 12.3 because they perform better than pantsir
Missiles are literally trash compare to even TY-90’s in terms of agility and any semi decent pilot can easily outmaneuver them.
IRIS-T also doesnt get effected bu multipath while also having much better agility and range.
