CS only works against clueless or people who likes to rocket run on their stock helicopters.
Any semi decent pilot can easily evade its missiles and its gun.
I have had no issue utilizing the CS/SA5. The missile, even though it isn’t the most agile, is capable enough of destroying enemy jets while being completely immune to multipathing. The gun and smoke grenades also make you virtually immune to the vast majority of air-to-ground munitions (with the exception of vikhr chains) while the HQ11 missiles will wiggle out of control when fired at clusters of munitions
According to stats, crotale, elde 98 and cs sa5 should go to 12.3 because they perform better than pantsir

Missiles are literally trash compare to even TY-90’s in terms of agility and any semi decent pilot can easily outmaneuver them.
IRIS-T also doesnt get effected bu multipath while also having much better agility and range.

The issue with the IRIS-T is that it can’t defend itself as well against enemy munitions (You also have to defend 3 vehicles instead of 1)
Missile maneuverability doesn’t matter much when the enemy doesn’t even see it coming

I find it interesting because you have only used the HQ11 once yet you claim that the CS/SA5 is only your backup anti air?
I also don’t understand how you would use the HQ11 to deal with helicopters while they are immune to ARH missiles

Interesting that in the same time frame the SL per game is steadily increasing. Kinda shows that the Pantsir is not great at killing planes now but seems to do well against A2G weapons

Actually it matters considering most top tier planes equipped with MAW nowadays and even then any smart pilot will instantly launch its payload and start to defend.
You’re talking about best case scenario for CS while completely ignoring that you’re not the only one who can think and play properly.

They are not, got killed so many times by ARH missiles in my helicopters and killed Ka-50 with my HQ11 in my first game.
First and only game, just because you got lucky once it doesn’t mean you can consistently perform well in it (or that the vehicle is good)
