The bmpt dies to the LFP shots like any other T series, the T90M is just eh, the BUK M3 i cannot comment about as i dont have enough playtime on it, SM2 is pretty strong, and the MK2 isnt as op as the SU 30 MKK.
i would actually like to comment that out of the 10 nations, the RU tanks are one of the worse tanks.
the only thing RU has going for them is the aircraft and SPAA
if u shoot abrams anywhere you can pen it but for russian tanks you have to aim for weak points whereas other tanks are easy target just shoot them anywhere you get kill but not when russian , thats the huge advantage
He says, never having player the T-90M himself, let alone a single Russian vehicle above Rank II.
If I got a dollar for every time a US/NATO main thinks ‘Grass is always greener on the other side’, I’d actually be able to buy a nice pizza at the end of every week.
Factually untrue.
Heaven forbid the tanks with:
Worse acceleration.
Lower top speeds.
Worse reverse speeds.
No neutral steering.
Worse gun depression.
Worse vertical gun traverses.
Worse turret traverses.
Fewer crew.
Less safe ammunition stowage.
Worse reload rates.
Worse reverse steering.
etc.
Have an advantage in frontal armour protection, which is still easily by-passed with basic aim.
As always: Poor/inexperienced players can be easily identified by them overrating the importance of armour.
I’m sorry, but there’s no getting around the fact that failing to kill a T-90M that’s side-on after three consecutive shots is simply a major Skill Issue™.
not with the BMPT, mate.
the BMPT has 5 crew members, and even with a DM53 from the Leopard 2A7V is impossible to one shot it no matter where u shoot at it (except driver’s port, ofc).
BMPT-72, by the other hand, only has 3 crew members and can be one shotted if u shoot to the turret to kill the 2 crew members located there.
hearing people talking about USSR like they’re the BEST nation ingame for basically everything rages me a lot everytime i hear it.
T-90M has bad reverse speed and poor survivability in general terms, T-80BVM is very very good but still can be outperformed by other tanks like Leopards or Leclercs, BUK-M3 is a good SPAA, with amazing survivability due to it’s radar-system independancy (basically u don’t need the tank that carries the big radar to survive like IRIS-T and many other multi-vehicle SPAAs) and very good missiles, but still not the best SAM launcher ingame (IRIS-T is way better) and has arguably bad mobility for a SPAA (and a massive size), so u are going anywhere but ur own spawn if u don’t want to get killed by something that isn’t a Brimstone or an AGM-179.
Su-30SM2 ruining toptier? NO WAY, i thought the Rafale was still meta, WHAT A SHAME!
now seriously, the only difference between Su-30SM2 and Su-30SM are mainly the engines’ thrust, cuz the radar still works like a normal radar but with wider scanning areas (which is basically the same as the Typhoons (AESA) with a slightly smaller scanning areas that’s still enough to crank perfectly) and it still has that (IMO) primitive RWR that works perfectly but could obviously be better like the Rafale’s RWR, and say THANKS to Gaijin who didn’t give it it’s respective MAW and CM pods.
ik nothing about naval, all i know is that it’s unbalanced for CAS and 75% of naval vessels (not only for USSR) are rather fake or prototypes.
so u’re telling me that 7/6secs reload is faster than a NATO reload? what a joke, Abrams can reload in 5secs and the Leopards have better As reload than the T-90M by 0.5secs, and don’t make me talk about Leclercs and Type 10s.
M1A2 reloads in 5.0secs
Merkavas also 5.0secs
Ariete also 5.0secs
Challengers too except the 3 TD which reloads in 6.0secs for using the german L/55 A1
all Leopards and Strv 122s 6.0secs
T-80BVM 6.0secs
WTF I NEVER NOTICED! why would it have longer reload if it’s an APFSDS not an ATGM?
in perspective it’s just a longer 3BM42, why does it have 0.4secs longer reload!?
