Not even remotely true. Russian military retains only a shred of credibility because of its history and reputation with the Red Army, mass production, etc. Contemporary Russian military is almost doing a repeat of German WW2 wunderwaffe programs, they keep trying to develop super high-tech shit that they can’t make enough of for it to have any meaningful effect, while neglecting their work horses that will actually win them their conflicts. Even half of their fucking nuke silos were found to be flooded with water and inoperable.
Russian military relies on almost decades outdated vehicles that were collecting dust in warehouses and plagued with maintenance problems.
The rule with Russia is if you don’t see it, they don’t have it.
The T-80 footage you posted is a 6-8 second reload, which is not what is shown in the US clips you posted. You’re being angry for no reason and disproving your own points.
So you agree with me then! Great, sense has been had.
And it’s funny that you have no standing argument, instead you try to say I’m angry because I have a point and to you, the biased man, that it illogical
Manual (gunner has to hit a button to load the next shell).
The loader turns (I can’t remember if it’s clock wise, or counter).
But in either case, it holds 28 rounds of ammo.
All rounds except 3BM60 can be loaded side by side.
The average time in which the loader takes to go over a single round is 0.28~ seconds.
If you load the next shell exactly, with how the loader is locked at 6.0 secs, you will load 6.0 secs.
If you load say 3-4 shells down now you’re talking 6.0 + 0.84~ secs.
Gaijin doesn’t model that for any tank, and given most people only carry APFSDS it’s irrelevant.
The Gunner has to select which ammo type to use via a small switch.
