tbf, from the september stats the only new russian top tier vehicle had a 55% winrate while the rest is averaged with the 40 something percent they had pre update

Statshark global winrates are more accurate than this website iirc.
I mean NERA should dissipate or lower the energy of a penetrating dart so less energy-> less penetration → less spall. just like every other armor reduces spall in this game since amount of spall is dependent on excess pen
I think what Luque meant is that a paper thin piece of ERA offers 200+mm of KE protection while a thicker, heavier piece of NERA offers a small fracture of that

One there are no Leopard 2A7s in Ukraine and Russian tanks do not engage with Western tanks. They use Lancet/Drones and Aviation. Or have you seen some secret footage of a T-72 destroying rows of Ukrainian tanks? So why have Russia lost so many tanks if their tanks are superior?
Mate T-90M and T-72B3 and T-80BVM are a generation behind NATO tanks
