It’s still A T-90, it’s not like the Hull was changed. and it’s not been burnt out so the Texolite layers would be untouched unlike burn hulls since pyrolysis occurs frequently.
Also it’d be much less of an undertaking to duplicate Relict modules than the underlying armor schema and plate to spec.
Nothing publicly available, would be interesting to know if any T-90M had been recovered on the Oryx database.
The TOW-2B or BLU-108/B for example work very differently.
Javelins are older and actually quite slow at a distance, and don’t have that steep a terminal dive in comparison to other systems with known dive angles.

We’ve got corroborating secondary sources, it would be enough for a report should -A3 be added in future, which as per gaijin, sans Bypass mechanic won’t improve things materially, which is was the reasoning for the increased rate of fire
But that’s the thing, fixing many of these “bugs” would have an impact on balance and so avoid the need for additions to adjust things one way or the other. So the actual pace of development could slow and so last more time before things become untenable. Which in the end adds more tolerance for more updates increasing the time any particular Premium would be useful leading to more sales volume.
No doub about A3/A4 even A2 for that matter can pen the hull, without the era. That was never any question and its allready in the game for the A2.

Most if not all had there ERA fillers striped, before they ware abandoned… that’s why early in the conflict, there was the narrative that russian tanks are send without/filled with cardboard ERA plates. But if there ware some intact, they’re most definitely send to some US/NATO R&D site.
Probably still in the ranges of the APS radars and interception zone… but without any data on the system itself we can only speculate.
Probably some of the captured on frontline… if there is data which variants ware send, a r rough guesstimation could be made.

You do get that Relict tiles, or facsimiles could be attached to the hull for testing, or the hull could be analyzed and duplicated to allow for performance to be modeled for subsequent destructive testing while preserving the original hull, its not like Relict actually involves anything too complicated physically, the hardest part would be the reproduction of the energetic material.
I doubt that it’s capable of intercepting a 2.5+ Km/sec projectile that needs to cover somewhere between 40~80 meters with a high radial speed, and angle of attack, let alone that the interceptor would have sufficient mass to meaningfully disturb the formation of the Slug.
Except for statements that it remains sufficient for use against 3rd Generation ERA systems, of which Relict is one.
So we know that at least -A3 & -A4 shouldn’t have an issue with “Threat” systems circa 2015, such as the T-90M.
Considering we know that intact samples of K-5 have been taken, and the geometry of the mounting brackets and voids / spacers are known. it shouldn’t be too hard to work backwards for Relict, since explosives leave behind specific signatures so performance would be known fairly exactingly, even without a live sample, a triggered hull would do if recovered in short order.
So we’re taking statemets like that for the gospel truth and we dont doub them for a single bit… but this…

A3, a4 have tips that beat k5. No, dm53 doesn’t have the same feature not to the same extent it still struggles with k5.
Relict beats tandemn weapons such as a3 and different missiles.
A4 is an attempt to bruteforce the armor even through operating ERA whether it beats relict tanks or not is unknown one can only guess. Marketing lies shouldn’t be considered source.

Got any proof, I’ve at least sourced a claim that stated it’s sufficient for “3rd” gen ERA. And considering the T-14 uses Malachit, not Relict; there has to be some reason as to why, no? Why go to all the expense to improve the system if the threat system can’t yet deal with it.
