First shot happens to all tanks if the round hits fuel tanks after losing a chunk of energy.
Second shot doesn’t show enough.
Rockets usually don’t do much damage to MBTs/heavies in general, so the 3rd instance isn’t anywhere close to abnormal.
4th shot hit UFP armor.
None of these shots show anything unique; which makes sense since damage models are standardized to save costs. Soviets don’t have anything unique to them.
Relikt as a whole has not changed, side Relikt has been fixed to protect closer to what it does IRL. Relikt has never over-performed.
So… it’s all… a skill issue??? (Always has been).
This, is the right answer (big shock O.O)
Fuel tank ate the first shot.
Second one as well.
Not unique to Russia
The rockets were all landing on the tank’s tracks
Not sure what you were expecting there.
Last shot was fuel tank as well
Russia is the only country with “external” fuel tanks that don’t have a firewall backing and are internal (somehow).
Not to mention fuel tanks shouldn’t be eating spall to begin with.
Yeah, a fuel tank will reduce the amount of spall that makes it through, and they have been used to reduce the kinetic energy of projectiles passing through them to increase survivability, but it’s not like all spall gets absorbed by the fuel inside the tank IRL. Some high energy spall will make it through, and fuel tanks aren’t made from kevelar last I checked, so the fuel tanks themselves should produce a not so insubstantial amount of spall upon exit.
But no, in WT a fuel tank next to a wall will stop more spall than actual spall liners.
(DM53 doing no damage to a KV8 because of fuel tank.)
I wont answer your “points”. We al know who you are. Bye.
It didnt ate it because it still damaged the autoloader.
Its 90% more common with russia.
your analysis abilities are very limited arent they? i broke every internal module of it and you say i just hit the tracks? lol
funny how it can damage the autoloader but not ignite the ammo…
jesus these people love to play dumb. This is the problem of this forum. Only brain washed and biased people answer stuffs and the lucid ones have already give up with these BS.
Correction:
It ate the spall.
Fuel tanks eat spall.
You’re carrying rockets mounted on the wings, that fire two at a time
your aiming point is completely centered on his tank.
Ofc the rockets are hitting the tracks

I’m also not justifying anything, simply stating what happened
not every rocket fly completely straight. If you really make effort to watch the video you can see that i adjust the aim to the side, i even break his cannon. But again, you analysis abilities…
A single frame wont prove your point
Not a single one of your rockets actually hit anything other than tracks or roof mg
“bla bla this, bla bla that, anyway it’s always your skill issue.”
This is the current state of war thunder, oh sorry, russian thunder
