Yep, russian tanks are mostly just a skill check, they are less reactive and slower than 99% of tank they faces and can be killed in one shot if you know where to shoot, they entirly rely on the fact people rather cry about russian bias rather than learn how to shoot them

They have insane armor, but huge weakspots in certain areas, btw the UFP has the driver’s port which has no armor. If u don’t want to get killed by fuel tank explosions i recommend u to upgrade ur crew’s vitality to at least lvl 3.

i find the rounds on them, even 3BM42 in BR 10-11 more reliable since you face targets with weak armour for such cannon and round. Its like a trade. You easily lol-pen, but dont have a really great gun handling.
The real problem i find with russian tanks is the damage model and how they still able to return fire in cases they shouldnt. Its really impressive how gaijin seems to not care about it because in other cases they would just nuke the vehicle/nation. The rest is fine and well balanced.

No they aren’t, they have the amount of armor than an Abrams’ turret but simply everywhere in the front.
The only way it can be “squishy” is, as i said, if the enemy doesn’t know how to aim (cof cof NATO mains cof cof), but they’re extremely well armored and can tank a exagerated amount of rounds if u manage to hide ur hull (for example: hiding ur LFP behind a rock).
