after some time searching info here my conclusion, there is 2 different models, the normal 130 and the 130m, forget the 130m since its not in service, but the yak 130 here what i found:
its only carry kab500tv/laser bomb and unguided bomb and rockets, with r73 or r60m and only got the cms in the pod and not in the fuselage itself ( it might be able to carry conter mesures pod under wing for a total of 4 ) but also i am not sure if it get maws, for sure rwr
its does not need to sacrifice a r73 for a cms pod
i cant find any info about it carring either a fab 1500 series or kh31 or a kh29 or radar guided missile like r27 family or r77, might be on the 130m but i doubt it will be added since in only on production for now
so br:
8.0 only with rockets and guns , normal bomb
9.7 with r60m and same rocket/guns/bomb
11.0 with all tv and laser fab 500-250 bomb and kh25 with only 2 r73 (option to use 2 r73 and 2 r60m)
11.7 same as 11.0 but with 4 r72

Not really. Only some upgraded versions can.
The Su-30 is just a redesignated Su-27PU, which would be pretty bad ingame. It’s a heavier Su-27 with no ground armament

R37M already does this job very well, both against AWACS and fighter jets

Also the SU-30s mass production was halted due to the collapse of the USSR, so only 10 where built and only 5 delivered to the military. Once the Russian economy recovered post 2010, they upgraded to the SU-30SM based of the work they did for India with the SU-30MKI before restarting mass production. So the domestic Russian SU-30 was never a mainline fighter in any significant number which may be why they skipped over it.

Also to whoever said MiG-35 can use R-37M/RVV-BD, no it can’t… That was from when it originally was gonna get Zhuk-A and 5 wing pylons, was more or less scrapped after the former was delayed into oblivion and the latter cut from the drawing board.
I mean rvv bd export brochure says MIG type fighters can use it… also the rvvbd export video lists mig35 as a carrier.
ofc this is hypothetical export MIG 35 with aesa, the in service mig35 ofc cannot use r37m because it still uses n010m
