yes becasue the Su-25 dosent have the r-77
if the yak130 dosent have the r-77 it would be 11.3
because lower than that it wouldnt get r73s
if it gets only the r60 it would be atleast 10.3
and if it dosent get any missiles it would be 8.0 becasue it is a trainer with anemic engines which wont hold up against a 9.3 plane in flight performance
