All the videos but 1, disagrees with you. Most have higher than 6 sec reload. Some are high 5.75+ sec reloads.

Yup, and Gaijin models it as reload + having to shift two spaces in the autoloader, hence the 6.5 second reload, as having to calculate where each round is stowed and having your reload time be more or less random and dependant on where the next round you are trying to load is stowed compared to where the autoloader is currently at is too hard for Gaijin to program and bad for gameplay. Hence the “shift two spaces” part, as they deemed that to be an acceptable middle-ground.
More specifically the charges used by 3BM59 and 3BM60 don’t fit next to each other or themselves (neither 3BM59 next to 3BM59, 3BM59 next to 3BM60, or 3BM60 next to 3BM60) in the autoloader according to the T-80BVM manual (page 75 of part 1 if you’re interested).

Me literally showing you what 3-4 videos of loaders not loading sub 6 secs, you not realistically loading sub 5.75 secs. (No your load wasn’t an actual combat load so it doesn’t count).

I’ve shown you a video of a 5 second casual reload and it’s shown in documentation. That’s a primary source and a secondary source. Couldn’t get much better than that.

You were shown they measured off-road at 12mph conditions at Fort Knox, KY in 1979-1980 and the mean reloads were taken from both stationary and moving reloads for a combined average of 5.3 seconds for what would have been less than 1 year rookie crewman.
