When Russian winrates are down: hmm poor Russia, players are suffering lets fix the fuel tanks spalling, and give them some new toys and fix some Pantsir’s bugs.
When other nations winrates are down: Skill issue, crying, play better, stop whinning, muh mobility, muh reload.

Russian Bias still exists at 11.7 along with German and Swedish Bias.
that’s why I said mostly…
It is fair ,must give russian players advantages …just like they had since start of the game
