KDR isn’t the end all-be all yet too many TryHards or general troglodyte-equivalents attempt to treat it like it is. They forget too quickly that KPM isn’t solely what determines matches most of the time - It’s the PTFO aspect. Capping and holding the OBJ is genuinely more important because it doesn’t matter how many kills you may have as an individual If your team - gaggle of randoms they may be - don’t have majority OBJ control, because that’s what wins the match. Now, there’s plenty of nuance cases that are dependent upon singular match progression but they’re just that - Nuances. Not the rule of thumb.
Being a PTFO player very much means sacrificing KPM and overall KDR because of increased risk rather than sitting on your hands, but it’s the PTFO aspect that determines matches first and foremost. And there’s nothing wrong with prioritizing PTFO because if you want to win, that’s the way to go. Simple as.

The easiest tank you’ve played is Somua SM and T28.
Every Soviet vehicle you’ve played equaled your other tech trees which indicates they’re probably balanced.
Doing a cross-analysis of those Soviet vehicles confirms they are balanced.
Your outright KDR doesn’t matter, your relative KDR and KMR to all other tanks of the same-class matters slightly for indicating the potential for a vehicle being OP.

Okay, you should NEVER insult someone for having a poor KDR.
That’s not the argument to use against someone that has played the vehicles they’re claiming are OP/easier to use.
What you do is look at their KDR in other tech trees of the specific vehicle types and take note of it irrelevant of what it is.
Then you compare that number to the tanks they’re claiming are OP.
If I say JPz is OP, you compare it to other casemates I’ve played.
If I say Gripen was OP, you compare it to other fighters I’ve played.
My overall KDR doesn’t matter in this situation, overall KDRs don’t matter in this situation.

There’s a difference between insulting someone and proving they’re arguing in bad faith.
My claims match my statistics. So when I say something like “Russian tanks in War Thunder are quite bad actually”, you can look at my stats in them and see that my K/Ds in Russian vehicles are generally lower than vehicles of other nations at the same BR, which aligns with my statement.
You’re implying that doing poorly in a vehicle is proof that vehicle is overpowered.

Anyone saying that something is OP should have much better stats in it than his account average, otherwise they’re just parroting things because they have a grudge with a certain nation.
