Not really. One has an excuse (not necessarily a good one but one none the less) and the other one doesnt.
Which in the case of these 3 trialed vehicles and the 38MT only matters for the 38MT since the other additions were gap fillers with similar or same vehicles in other trees.
Yeah so why dont the currently underperforming trees get the same treatment as top tier russia? Why are they limited by sources and realism when russia isnt?
One may count 38MT also as a gap filler (not a good one, but one none the less) as the first russian IR guided ATGM… In my opinion IR guided Kh-29 would have been better, but…

Yes? I dont like the 64E plague either but sadly the JAGMs and the LDIRCM emitters fulfill the technical compatibility stuff and LDIRCM is modeled way too strong for all emitters.

A prototype is lesser on the scale than trialed vehicles, because trialed vehicles are above prototypes in the line of production.
1- Service.
2- Mass production.
3- Trial.
4- Serial production.
5- Functional prototype.
6- Incomplete prototype.
7- Mockup.
8- Blueprint.
