Russian Bias in 2026?

Because that’s a stupid question. And even stupider is the suggestion that Russia met an army of its own. Although the second is kind of funny.

A bit. But if you build “equipment” for specific tasks and then use it completely differently and lose it, what do you call that?

Iraq.

Yo ask me ? xD

Oh you mean copy paste T-80U’s that has slight differences and has no tie with those countries actually?

Okay there bud, China’s T-80UD is not copy-paste.
Sweden’s copy-paste T-80U however still doesn’t change the facts.

And Abrams SEP series even has over-lapping plates to cause the same bounces that overlapping plates on T-series tanks can cause.

lol it’s Pakistani T80UD with thermal modification which is basically copy paste.

Ah yes just because you had skill issue=Abrams ERA is equal/better than RELIKT/K5.

Get yourself together and stop claiming absurd things.

@Panther2995
Not sure why your post is talking about Abrams ERA being better when it isn’t.

Perfect demonstrator of lacking comprehending skills.

No more further questions.

So its a stupid question to ask if the USA has faced

a) A near peer in the last 30 years

or

b) A country backed up by many others, suppling it with their own modern weapons?

Using them aggressively early on was a mistake, no denying that, but that doesn’t asnwer my question.

These are the MANPADS the Apache faced in Iraq, from what I could find online

1.) the Strela 9K32 (9K32 Strela-2 - Wikipedia), a 1970’s weapon. (mainly what they faced)
2.) The 9K34 Strela 3 (9K32 Strela-2 - Wikipedia), a late 1970s weapon
3.) the 9K38 Igla, (9K38 Igla - Wikipedia) a 1980’s weapon.
4) The Misagh-1 (Misagh-1 - Wikipedia), a 90’s Iranian weapon.
5) the HN-5 (HN-5 - Wikipedia), a 70s weapon.

Now, the KA52 has faced;

  1. the FIM-92 Stinger (FIM-92 Stinger - Wikipedia), an 80’s weapon
  2. the Piorun (Piorun (missile) - Wikipedia), a 2019 weapon
    3.) the starstreak (Starstreak - Wikipedia), a late 90s weapon
  3. The Mistral (Mistral (missile) - Wikipedia), a 90’s weapon
  4. The Igla and Strela’s as mentioned previously.
  5. The RBS-70 (RBS 70 - Wikipedia), a 70’s design
  6. The Martlet (Martlet (missile) - Wikipedia) a 2010’s weapon.

Im seeing a disparity here…

Yes, I am asking you.

@Panther2995
Your post brought up American ERA out of nowhere…

All I mentioned was metal containers that aren’t ERA…
Though I do appreciate your post admitting it’s a skill issue to fail penning the side armor of MBTs with ERA when using semi-competent guns.

On another note, have me front-penning the UFP of a T-series tank:

Isn’t that whole discussion about what multi million dollar military equipment in different countries costs how much exactly pointless af anyhow?

I mean how are those costs even calculated? Materials used for each part of these are traded for wildly different values due to different transport costs, taxes etc in different countries producing military equipment with different specs and which are built for different military doctrines. Costs for the workers for each of the 1000s of hours on assembly and development vary by huge amounts. I wouldnt even know where to start how to compare costs for mbts even if both of them were produced in europe. It’s pointless.

A helicopter built by a Norwegian or swiss company bought in Switzerland will be much more expensive than a helicobopper built in (lets just pick something random -and thats a guess- from the other end of the scale) Indonesia. Big news everyone.

What the point to play those TT when you already know you 90% gonna lose? Some of them like you might play them but at the end most ppl still wanna play a crazy OP vehicle aka wheelchair that can easily win a match by pressing W like a handicap

Losing requires the enemy team to be better.
Especially now that more eh players are playing the BMPT.

Gotta clarified, is not because their skills is higher but the vehicle they play is better.

I witnessed a 25mm HE shell from the AMBT kill a T72M2 at the start of one of my matches

@LegitRussianBias @H_ngma

why not compare egypt both ka52 and ah64

Its completely pointless. Youd need a 1v1 comparison which are almost impossible since most purchases are deals that include different quantities of weapons, spare parts training etc. Then youd somehow need to factor in wage differences, R&D costs, factory setups and so on. Price comparisons outside of what governments do when they choose between different offers are pointless

Yeah exactly. And even if it would be at least interesting, theres so many different factors that come into play, the single number of lets say: One Leclerc costs this much and a T90m costs this much (in dollars) put out by some random media outlet which has some random motivation to do so, Im mostly like “Yeah and???” You’d have to factor in how much this tank is compared to the BIP of the country that wants to buy said tank and and and. Its just a random number with 0 background. Completely useless number

And all of that doesnt even begin factoring in maintenance costs, costs for spare parts, costs for possible future upgrades and 1000s of other factors. Even if this one number (cost for development and buying one unit) would be somewhat comparable, which it isnt, theres all these other factors that would also need to be considered to make an actual comparison.

Sure if you can find numbers and details regarding the KA52 package and the brand new 64E purchase
Because going by pure performance thats a certified coughing baby vs hydrogen bomb
