A way to balance NATO vs Russian MBTs : give 12.7 NATO MBTs an anti-ERA DART capable of pening Relikts from any angle, and give a new russian MBT a fast backward gear.
That way :
Armor/fire power : both have the same capabilities, as Russia can already pen NATO MBTs from anywhere, and that NATO MBTs would pen russian MBTs from anywhere with their new DART → BALANCED
Reload speed : already balanced as Russia has an autoloader and the US a loader, which makes the reloading speed slower if it gets killed → BALANCED
Mobility : t-90m and bvm are still nearly as fast as NATO MBTs. Give them a fast backward gear, and it would be → BALANCED. Only slight difference would be the gun handling and turret traverse speed (not a big deal overall).
That’s how they would BALANCE NATO and russian MBTs, to create a balanced game. But they don’t want to do that
EDIT: Oh and, give ALL NATO MBTs the ability to pen russian ERAs. NATO isn’t only the US lol
EDIT 2: It’s fine to give MBTs APS capability. But please, give Spike/MMPs/PARS/JAGMs a PERFECT top-down approach and post damage after hit. It’s called BALANCE → your APS stops your missile it’s fine, but when your APS is out, the missile should 1 shot you 100% of the time
I literally just explained to you why the community couldnt predict the way the devs implemented it. Or are you saying that the players should have known that Gaijin would do the exact opposite of what they said with a heavy side of russian favoritism?
If they say they want to do things more detailed and separate then its fair to assume that they wont do things less separate and less detailed. Or are you conceding that the devs have a massive hard on for pampering russian equipment?
Or they could give heavily armored NATO MBTs (Leos, STRVs) NO capabilities to pen Relikts, but anti-ERA DARTs capable to pen Relikts to all the other paper armored NATO MBTs
This way some nations tank and some others do DPS
It should be balanced this way
Currently, Leos/Strvs have both the armor and pen, and weak MBTs like the Leclercs have none of the armor nor pen lol.
You know that 13.0 vehicles can still see 12.0 ones ?
RU win rates are pretty much either a result of CAS spam or lack of literal vehicles from opposing countries. You see how great they’re doing at 10.0 - 10.7 which is a BR range that has way less CAS spam and other nations actually have something to spawn there.
See you just keep coping on how they would implement it no one showed how exactly it will be but you people imagined stuff and now acting like it was promised.
NATO also have capable CAS under 12.0, and russian CAS are not op under 12.0. NATO still get obliterated between 10 and 11.7, Russia is green everywhere there
12.0 only allows 4 Mi-28NMs and KH 38 capable jet MAX, so don’t be telling me there is a spam CAS at this BR
It’s russian ground vehicles that are artificially/shadow buffed at top tier GRB, it has nothing to do with CAS
Russian CAS is just another unbalanced thing given to them at 13.0

10.0 - 10.7 definitely doesn’t get obliterated.
11.0 - 11.7 is a literal black hole for US/GER vehicles and as such having competitive win rates there is impossible.
No one showed anything. We had exactly one statement about what theyd do and they did just not what they said. So trying to put Gaijins current implementation of baskets and drives on the community is just the ridiculous attempt of you trying to excuse Gaijins blatant double standards.
