Fine, lets assume Type-10 crew will be in perfect condition and has no chance to gettin injured and focus on loading mechanism, what do you think will happen when loading mechanism gets exposed to impacts during rough terrain that contains multiple bouncy zones? Thats right chances of getting jammed increases significantly.
There is a reason why engineers placed ROF mod for autoloadings tanks, unlike you they anticipates every single possible outcome and acts on them.

You’re talking as if the real life simulates same perfect conditions that warthunder does, it does not.
In real life vehicles/crew do get affected by duration,terrain conditions and engagements while in warthunder vehicles/crew will always be at their peak condition.
Forcing autoloader or crew to perform at their peak condition constantly will result unpleasant outcomes but since you refuse to understand this part I see no reason to further this conversation.
