I specifically run the f16 PoBIT to keep skies clear and my team focuses on tank battles. It will definitely increase your chances to win if you have good tankers on the ground. If you get teamed up with real German mains it’s an easy GG
Vice versa, I also run tanks if my team holds the skies. All comes down to how serious you are about winning and if you have the proper lineup.
Honestly, if I start playing America again, Im just running the F-15C Golden Eagle to keep the skies clear
Tbh it’s a map design issue. CAS is primarily used to blunt advances and flush out players in power positions, or the typical revenge CAS. Racing to CAS on the winning side is to prevent counter attacks, and racing to CAS on the losing side is to p the enemy advance and make sure your team has even footing.
That golden shower is good in ARB but the f16 on a small map with the agility, in my opinion, works better. I can stay low, avoid their missiles and hand them the business. 3v1 in close quarters makes the F16 king

F15E is dead since SM-SV popped up 😭 the golden eagle is still good but I feel it’s good in huge maps with its radar and missiles
so with multiple proof of russians having too strong CAS missiles…
only russians have ATGM (heli launched) flight profile as it should but hellfires/jagms don’t…
only russians have top notch SPAA ot counter any CAS missile spam while others don’t…
only russians take so long to debuff bmpt…

To shoot at russian MBTs, gotta go pixelhunting. Urban debris on the ground ? Good luck shooting at LFP. The MBT does zigzags ? Good luck shooting at LFP. The MBT has bushes all over UFP ? Good luck shooting at driver’s port/breach (especially when you have the blur motion on, and that those bushes will “melt” with the tank’s armor in a blurry weird way). You shoot at russian MBTs from far away ? Good luck, gotta go pixel hunting. NATO MBTs in comparaison ? You point, click and shoot. Simple, easy.
Russian MBTs don’t need to have the best pen, because NATO MBT armors are paper. They have basically the same speed going forward.
russians have IFVs with much higher fire rate, laser accuracy, 2 cannons (1 main for HE/ATGMs, 1 autocannon), much faster than some wheeled NATO IFVs. NATO IFVs in comparaison ? Bushmaster, completely garbage.

All I’m going to say to this, is you need to go look at the data per vehicle per tank per jet etc. ARB and GRB.
You need to read what I previously wrote, I get where your frustration is coming from.
You need to see how to use your tanks. No abrams or Leo should be losing a peaking battle against Russian tanks that’s Grade A skill issue.
Go see which tanks have the best and worst stats.
Play Russia all the way to top tier.
100% Russian bias doesn’t exist minus the broke BMPT and SM-SV.
Tbf its not just the MBTs, its pretty much almost every single top tier vehicle at this point.
Selective realism as a balancing tool sucks, because if you do it once then theres no limit to it like Germany getting a fake LDIRCM on the UHT for balancing purposes.
Sorry but that has to be a lie, if you look at the current playrates theres no chance that new players flock mainly to those 2 when russia is positively exploding in players.

To your first response yes, it does suck they have selective realism. When I play top tier russia it’s boring because the tanks are ugly and all feel the same. Not a lot of diversity or newness after BR 10ish.
To your second response, I’m making an assumption. I don’t really know but what I can see from most people on these forums they tend to not have any top tier or top tier in one nation.
EDIT: Top tier to me is 12.7 or Rank 8 anything less is not top.
Be that as it may if you look at global playrates in the past months i think its quite unlikely that Germany and the US have a higher player influx than russia.
Just keep playing the game, you’ll see every nation has its strengths and weaknesses. I could debate Russian bias doesn’t exist all day (minus bmpt and SM-SV) but it’s easier once you get to a good spot.
With the META being the BMPT/SM-SV, I have flocked to play Russia 11.3. Currently that’s where most Russian players are. If I play USA I still enjoy 6.7 and 5.3, I stopped playing anything less than BR 12 because Gajin hasn’t fixed the broken POS BMPT. Germany I would only play for the MAUS I have. The influx I would assume is where people are having fun. Either way, I see newer players on USA and Germany more than any other nation.

Ofc it is thats why russia is so insanely popular these past months.
If you look at the stats for each BR its actually fairly balanced between the major 3 up until 10.3 from there on it becomes a russia party. And even if you sort by premiums only its insanely one sided with half of the top 10 being russian premiums. So i dont really see how Germany and the US would be the target of a higher new player influx
