No you misconstrue my words. I never said it was paper, it’s just a problem with how ERA is modeled. With ARAT I’m not sure if there are even publicly available values for KE protection. When it had the 120mm KE protection when it was first implemented, I believe they either used K-5 or Relikt as the base model then plugged in the values. It was probably changed to the other NATO ERA models/formula once it got bug reported.
Funny enough I enjoy my T-90M and T-80UE-1 quite a lot.
Despite having abysmal vertical speed, bad gun depression and seeing full uptier most of the time T-80UE-1 is my best performing Russian tank so far.
I believe I got almost 2.5 K/D in that thing, shows how perfectly capable and strong tank despite its drawbacks.

Today so far :
9 12.7 GRB games played as France. All the losses are against Russia. 4 wins, among them 1 with Russia
=> 5+1 = 6 wins out of 9 games = 66.67% winrate for Russia.
And the wins for Russia… weren’t “hard wins”… no… very easy wins, almost always spawncamped in spawn 3 minutes after the game starts…
Never was able to get a nuke when facing Russia… I got a nuke at 12.7 while playing with Russia… with a VBCI 1…
It tells you how easy it is to play top tier as Russia…

not many, and even so, you just admitted that there is Russian Bias (BMPT).
Not too bad at all.
I have never denied that the BMPT was broken (I personally don’t struggle against them, but I can still see why and how it is broken).
The only gripe/problem I had with the whole Russian bias discussion has always been people overhyping Russian MBTs.
Discussions about Bias in general would be way better if people stopped acting like bias = overpowered when that is not necessarily true.

It’s just that Russia was overdominant during this game (as during the large majority of other top top tier games), and thus the kills were very easy to get (the ennemy NATO team kinda gave up midgame, they knew they couldn’t do anything against Russia anyway)

ok sorry dude but F4J mogs MiG-23MLD, or literally the entire USSR team.
I played both sides, F4J was literally easy mode when it comes to CAP, the HMS + Aim7f combo was deadly
Mig-23 faired better only in dogfight

F4J was easy mode in nuclear thunder due its allowed vehicles.
Us had F4E’s F-18’s, F-15’s, F-20’s and Tomcats on their side while Russia stuck with MLD’s, MiG-29’s with trash FM, of course USA was going to dominate from the get go.
I also played nuclear thunder event and MLD was still clapping any phantoms cheeks rather easily.
If Gaijin allowed to Russia side to use Su-27/33 your whole experience would’ve been quite different.
Anyway since nuclear thunder event doesnt represent the air rb it doesnt mean anything at all.

the MLD was straight up better than F4E, but F4J was the ultimate plane due to its PDV mode allowing it to lock anything in front aspect, mig23 with shitty mti and acm struggled to lock to use r24r, and f4e with even worse radar couldnt even use its aim7e2

I wouldn’t call F4J ultimate plane on nuclear event when you got to play with F-15/18/14’s.
Hell even F-20 was better choice due to its armament, flight performance and radar.
in the last 2 - 3 days most of the matches i got in f4j were full downtiers
And? I also occasionally get downtiers in my Swiss premium F-18C and F-20 and both of them claps any Phantom at that br range.
With MLD you get to see 12.0 Phantoms regularly which makes it even more fun considering they are pretty much hopeless against any semi decent MLD player.
