russia also plays 47% of all games at 10.3
48% at 10.7
49% at 11.0
80% (lol) at 11.3
20% at 11.7
35% at 12.0
13% at 12.3
35% at 12.7 (more than the US and Germany combined)
Or in total
40% of all games played from 10.3-12.7.
So yeah seems like in high tier the game is in a truly great state rn

The one WR that’s boxed is Italy, which is higher than USSR. And the T80BVM has a WR of 54% in GRB
