The issue with using a high sample size (specifically in stat shark’s case) as evidence is that we don’t know what the sample size consists of. It’s not that I’m against statistics, it’s that we cannot come to a conclusion on how two vehicle interacts based on global statistics because there are so many factors that goes outside the scope of the conclusion.
For example, would it be wise to say that the IRIST is better than the Pantsir when it comes to taking out helicopters? Well according to Global stats, it has better KD than the Pantsir so in conclusion that would be yes, right? Of course not, LDIRCM directly affects IR missiles so that it doesn’t hit the target.
The same thing applies to when you compare the LDIRCM Heli vs the Pantsir using Global Statistics. It’s impossible to derive how good a vehicle is when it comes to taking out a certain type of target when all 4 types are combined into one (drone, heli, plane, munitions).
As far as my statement with the AFK, and stuff like that, it was to make a point that we can’t tell by how much the pantirs affected the 64E KD and vise versa. Though in hind sight, I definitely could’ve worded that differently.
What about italy? I’m looking at starting the grind for them again as It’s just italy and sweden to take to above 11.0.
The soviets I quite enjoy the T80UM2 and T80U at 11.7 but meh, it’s quite tedious the teams are absolutely useless.
That is true we can not analyse two vehicles against each other in a vacuum and i agree that the Pantsir definitely has a raison d’être at top tier due being the best SACLOS slinger but the other guy is correct. The Pantsir has so many games that if it was really good at killing LDIRCM helis then its stats would be better and LDIRCM Helis would perform worse at least the non russian ones.

8 games in so far and Russian winrate overall in these is 50%. Although those 3 losses were more up to incredibly incompetent teammates more than anything.
It shouldn’t even be a 50% to begin with. that Red desert game was a throw of gigantic proportions and we should have won that one against Russia easy.
