well theoretically information being outdated doesnt matter if its made up information in the first place
if they were leftovers from an earlier expo that were sitting in storage why wouldnt they hand them out? they might not even have noticed they were outdated
then we would have seen them earlier

not all brochures appear online. it also could have been they were printed for an event canceled for covid or something

plus yall also got a OP air 2 ground missile which doesn’t exist and have the best AA in game also a extremely strong boat which doesn’t exist

so how do you know it is overperforming if there is no information about the missile
the seeker info they made up for the brochure would make it pretty much incapable of tracking tanks at more than like 1km
