There is and always will be Russian bias in this game because Gaijin has known for 10+ years that Soviet tanks overperform, but aren’t willing to change it. Irrefutable examples of Russia Bias:

Yak3 and its 4.3 battle rating in RB. The flight model, energy retention and structural integrity are pure science fiction. I have seen a Yak3 do a 20+ G turn in RB without ripping its wings off.

Yak9-K. Another work of science fiction with its laser-accurate cannon and ammo that simply did not exist at the time this plane was in service.

KV-1B/E … even at 4.3, it is still woefully under-tiered because it clubs everything it faces when downtiered. When you consider tanks like the M4A3E2 are 5.7 and are packing the same firepower, nobody can argue that making the KV-1B/E a higher BR would decrease its effectiveness.

I can list equivelent examples in most other tech trees but that wouldn’t suit your narrative.
There may be one or two examples on other tech trees, but the examples I provided are just the most egregious ones from the Soviet tree. When it comes to Russian bias, pretty much every Soviet tank from rank 1 to rank 4 over-performs. My KDR stats with them compared to other nations is proof of that.

Russian rank 4 is mostly useless. Your issue may be one of improved confidence when playing vehicles you believe in.

The APHE shell is the menace of GRB. Its even in the default belt, so costs nothing SP wise.
They’re a ground unit killing machine. Bf109 with 25mm pen guns and one 250kg bomb costs like 800 spawn points. Its completly out of balance. With this op flight model its too easy to shot tank from above through the turret. They’re that good that you even see them at high BR matches 6.7+.

There’s no russian bias in this game. Gaijin forced Russia to wait minutes for a top tier game, when I can spawn my Challenger just instantly.
