If the pen/damage calculations are biased it will be visible in the code, which would be a really strong evidence.
But since nobody ever produced such things (while i bet many people did disassemble the code), it is also a strong indication that there is no such case.

It is? The majority of the playerbase is bad therefore the majorities of the „Russian bias is fake“ and the „Russian bias is real“ groups will both be bad. Ofc the „Russian bias is real“ group has more bad people but just because that group has more people in general
