I think I understand what’s your point. Yes soviets loved boasting about how great their things are, meanwhile they were really bad.
Those shells would have abysmal penetration with that filler and speed.

I remember the old days when Soviet tech tree got steam rolled for 5 years and people still complained about “Russian bias”.
And missing that Sovetsky Soyz short about 1000 men in crew.
It’s just a mixture of TNT and other reagents that allow for better energy release.

The only low tier bias vehicle I think is just the KV-1. Don’t know is it the volumemetic problem or what but the turret of all variant of KV-1 is just weird, sometimes you just can’t pen a place that you should.

- Its bit bigger but isn’t much. Besides its still too small, It doesn’t explode easily if you angle just a bit.
- Difference is quite big because this ammorack is gigantic.
- I play tanks since last beta tests, I played way to much, I played every nation and i can assure you that soviet tanks were really strong.

It’s big and equal to the Kronshtadt ammo rack which is quite fatal it’s basically Kronshtadt with more armor.
I clearly remeber Т-64A days when whole enemy team captures point, ambushing any incoming tank and taking CAS when they died completley clapping Soviets and since “Most handheld nation” had no fast vehicle no capable CAS it wasn’t pleasant experience.
