Regarding the discussion of the KH-38 and AGM-65, I disagree with your viewpoint. The KH-38 flies faster and has a longer range—even though it can be intercepted, it still has a chance to penetrate in complex battlefield environments. As for the AGM-65, I lean more toward using rocket for anti-SPAA suppression operations.
SPAA don’t fight other SPAA. It is 100% irrelevant if SPAA is better than other SPAA.
It only matters if SPAA is better than the CAS it faces, which Pantsir is not.
It’s on-par with LGBU CAS, and inferior to IR AGM CAS.

Russia does indeed possess a considerable abundance of premium vehicles.
Other SPAAs are even less effective against the KH-38, and since the Pantsir-S1 and other SPAAs face the same opponents, they become directly comparable in such scenarios.
