Your Ka-50 post is disingenuous when it was added only 2 nations had SAMS that could intercept it.

And they were never offered on a premium helicopter like the KA-50 which meant far less exposure
I think their point was the 1Z was a menace when it was added because it only had Hinds as contemporaries
It was also tech tree only
But this was early on when helicopters were just being rolled out.

I did and the AH-1Z was no where near as numerous as a KA-50!
Main reason was the player had to grind out the whole US Heli tree and not just buy their way in with the KA-50.
Remember as well KA-50s when added could spawn with ATGMs 2 or 3 would just destroy a team.
AGM65 got nerfed days after it massacered the Russians, but KH38 didn’t get touched at all infact they added multiple platforms that can carry them which is absurd.

again the ah1z where able to do that before of the ka50, and they where quite numerous, basically at all matches you would see one that would wipe out the entire team.
Mate, the KA-50 was the most played vehicle in game…players didn’t even have tanks in their lineups.

again it being more popular doesnt make the up for the fact that the ah1z was added with no real aa counter as well, in fact at least the us had the adats, to counter the ka50s, and there was also a few other sams that could counter it at shorter ranges, thats already more than what we have to counter the ah1z.

yes, the same ones that the other previous helicopters abused the hell out of it and players whanted those changes well before of the ka50.
And again this has nothing to do with the current performance of the ka50, curently ka50 do have a SAM counter at its br or even lower
kinda, all low tier helicopters were pretty strong, the 40mm of the ah1s where also quite cheesy alongside of the hull break, i have always find the mi4 easy to shoot down even with tanks due to it’s size and speed

all helis were laughably fragile, an Mi-24 being tapped by a 7.62 would cause the tail section to break off (in fact, iirc, someone tested shooting through the open troop doors of an Mi-24 with a 1 .50 cal round and the whole thing exploded) and hitting an AH-1G anywhere would cause it’s wings to snap off
the Mi-4AV was tiered so low you could 1st spawn it with ATGMs at top tier (other Helis couldn’t at the time) and there were no ATGM range or launch limits.
