You still see the occasional rocket rushing Ka-50/52, those will drive the figures down. Can’t say I’ve ever seen a rushing Viper, rarely ever an Apache beyond the premium ones.
The Vanilla 11.0 28N is better than any US Heli above 11.0, the only US Heli I would say is better than USSR Helis around it is the OH-58 (maybe the AH-1F too, but tbf the 1F and V/P Hinds are all bad).
A lot of nation mains, especially major nation mains, seem to have this mindset that if their vehicle isn’t the best/meta it’s instantly the worst/hot garbage. Like their mind can’t wrap around a vehicle just being decent, okay, average or good.

Rare I agree, but it still happens and look at the sample sizes; 1Z and 64D combined only reach half of the games played of the Ka-52 even though the Kamov also has another top tier Heli to compete with in the 28NM.
Numbers game technically Ka-52 is better than adersary but it probably being used more activiley and in infavorable conditions just because CAS is only option for Soviet top tier to stay relevant a thus brings bad numbers.
No not really it can shoot only 1 missile ability to shoot multiple missiles with time delay is more useful useful than you think for a CAS.

Outside of flicking missiles towards the enemy spawn in gamemodes that let you spawn 1st with ATGMs, i’ll take Ataka every time over Hellfire, low speed and Laser+IOG just sucks.

RDF/HSTVL one-shotting T-series tanks from side aspects is just a guarantee.
The Begleit and 2S38 do it too firing worse rounds.

The win rates went low over 2 weeks before the new SPAA were added.
SPAA had nothing to do with it and never will.
Planes do not and have never won matches. This is why Soviets HAD higher win rates in the past: No good CAS to waste spawn points on, so they spawned more tanks which granted more ground advantage despite NATO having OP CAS from 2022 - 2025.

Every vehicle at a given BR should have same stats and possible performance, regardless of the vehicle type.
Something being premium doesn’t really have that much of an impact, Statshark shows this nicely. It’s enough to check copy/paste premiums like Click Bait, 2A4 or M1 to see those premiums are performing pretty much identically to their TT versions.
Seeing how 2S38 is at 0.76 / 0.86 when it comes to K/S and K/D respectively, I don’t think it’s TT version would do much better and go into “positive”.
