This boils down to the USSR being a major nation, plus there are a lot of unfixed Russian vehicles.

The only forms of Russian bias I can agree on is the Pantsir. KH-38MT’s maybe, however the CAS field has been somewhat leveled now.
Any bias is bad, whether it is Russian, American, or anyone else’s.

Spall liners, auto tracking by IFV guns, SPAA additions in “sky guardians” where ussr receives 3 in one patch while USA waits until literally 2025 to see their equivalence, etc. I can also throw in the current fiasco where they decided mega nerfing the abrams and leopard was mandatory while they piddle around probably waiting 6 months to nerf the russians in the same way. Watch and see.

The russian autoloader change where they made it where it can be disabled? This is not equivalent to what they did to the Abrams and Leopard. They are separate mechanics. The Russian tanks are currently ADVANTAGED (read: they SHOULD have this nerf as WELL but DO NOT) in that they DIDN’T get nerfed but WILL in the future. Do not lower your own intelligence or insult mine by trying to pretend this somehow means the USA and Germany wins here.
Very minor thing compared to all of their beneficial bugs/issues. This was a weak example.

Do I agree with these new module changes? No. However them implementing it on just the Abrams and Leo isn’t Russian bias. I would say Russian bias if every MBT except the Russian ones got these modules.
Having a turret rotation mechanism destroyed still allows you to shoot and so on, though. Those two tanks can easily maneuver out of danger; T-series tanks cannot. I admit the modelling for the turret rotation is wonky and needs a rework, especially if they plan to implement it to other tanks
If you destroy the autoloader, you’ll only be able to shoot if you have a shell loaded, and then its a 35s repair (based on my crew stats). I think they should model this for all autoloader tanks for every nation in this case
My apologies for going off at you, I just didn’t read your username and honestly I’m just fed up with people (not you) who seem to think Gaijin loves Russia and think everything that happens to them is Russian Bias…
In your opinion. This is literally just a game of “how much are you willing to take?” and you are willing to take more than I to claim the difference in nations. It’s very clear they see subtle bias in regards like this. It all adds up constantly to form a sour experience for other nations often.
The only thing you can argue is that it’s also not hurting the minor nations currently, but they specifically targetted the least complained about MBT (abrams, regarding facing it), and the Leopard 2s to nerf rather than just waiting for this to be ready for every tank. You would never see them doing this to a russian tank first and waiting for western tanks. In fact, I’d love for you to think up a single time this has happened.
They targeted the 2 most played MBT’s in the game, as well as the 2 most powerful ones. This mainly shows Gaijin’s hesitancy to properly decompress top tier and balance them through the BR system.
Russian and Western tanks are very different by design, and so I wouldn’t be surprised as to examples being rare. The autoloaders were implemented far, far before these advanced module changes.
Under no metric, ever, from any source, does the abrams end up being #2 in the game.
The current implementation of the turret basket for the abrams is pure fantasy so why bring up real life technical aspects? Many US tankers have stepped forward and said its nonsense to have the turret damaged by basket hits.
Abrams outdoes the Challenger, Ariete, Merkava, T-90M, T-80BVM, ZTZ99A, VT4A1, WZ1001, Leclerc, and Type 10/TKX.
The only vehicle it loses out to are the Strv 122’s/Leopard 2’s. The closest vehicle is the T-80BVM in performance, which has one advantage, armor.
It has a worse reload, reverse, shell, depression, the list goes on.
I gave you your example.
There are only 3 main nations in the game, these are the USA, USSR and Germany, all other nations in the battle make up 0.5%. The French, Italians, etc. are not the main force. So even if the French are given the Death Star, it does not change anything at all.
Except that isn’t actually how air RB’s playerbase is at 14.0 currently. France has a much larger representation at 14.0 than they do overall.
Ok, can the Abrams destroy the T-90M just by shooting at the center of the tank? No, it can’t. Because the T-90M has a UGP in the center, and above it is an impenetrable turret, and the only way to damage the T90M is to shoot at the bottom of the tank, which is 5% of the entire tank. This is very difficult to do. But the T-90M is simply shot at the center and hits either the turret ring, or the UGP, or the huge LGP. Not to mention the Abrams’ roof and gun mantlet.

Abrams > T-90M any day of the weak. Its ONLY advantage is armor, play around it.
