Depends on which vehicles though, T-80BVM/T-72B3/T-90M all get gun handling that is among the best when compared to other top tier MBTs.

Su-27 was relevant when it came out, it was the best plane at the top, now it is pointless like F-15A or F-16A, because in 90% of cases they play against FOX-3.

the 1 shot and what not is rng whether if you hit ammo or not the reason why its trash is bcuz no ammo = shoot autoloader and autoloader eat spall so you have to shoot multiple time
