It still affected the performance by alot, now an Abrams or a Leopard can get their tracks damaged they would instantly lose the Horizontal and it will spall into the Engine, here is a disabled tank from a bad shot.

My brain stopped trying to understand but i’ve made my point anyway.
By “better than every other nation now” i mean that Russia perform better than any other tank that belongs to specific nation (it can be any nation) and NATO tanks at the moment got nerfed which RU tanks didn’t get the same implementation makes them better.

Like they did for Pantsir - you can just press shoot and that’s all your skills.

I mean it does kinda exist in a way. USSR is the nation that often gets acces to new mechanics first most of the time (shit like spall liners). This tree also seems to get the most attention and occasional help from the devs. Good example would be ussr spaa problem, their spaas were kinda lacking and there was a lot of gaps. Devs addresed it by adding shit ton of spaas, including pantsir which replaced the problematic tunguska (which quickly got a buff anyways). Meanwhile trees like france, uk, usa, israel have big spaa gaps to this day. I can think of more examples but this yapping session needs to end someday. So to sum it up - it doesn’t have to mean bias, i think it gets better treatment cuz ussr is probably the most played tech tree but who knows.

There is no Soviet vehicle that performs better than every other nation.
Abrams and Leopard 2 are still better than every Soviet vehicle in the game.
The turret basket changed nothing in correct tactics.
Spall liners came to Germany, Sweden, etc at the same time.
And no, USSR almost never gets new mechanics first.
IR guided missiles came to NATO.

The Tunguska was heavily nerfed right when the Pantsir was added.
USA has also gotten SPAA, with the T-77, Skink, and the XM246. People also forget how bad Russias SPAA gap really was, because you went from the Shilka (8.0) to the Tunguska (top tier).
