Hey guys I have a question and before I play Russia is Russia one of the best nations overall some might say no and some might say yes but I want to know because Russia is a nation I love to play but a nation I want to know if its a good nation to play overall for Planes, Tanks, and Helis I also want to be recommended people who can help or youtubers who can help me know how to play Russia air, ground, and helis, please help me everyone I appreciate everything you have done to help me
yeah russia is fine, just the -3 degrees of depression. Overall, good tanks evrey were, kv1, is1,2,3,4,6 are solid, t34 eh there fine, tankdesrtoyers goeted, spaa fine, yeah, go for it.

Generally, Russia is a pretty good nation all around. There are definitely some places where is struggles, but it is pretty good.
Also it is pretty user friendly, so you shouldn’t need all too much help. But there are plenty of YouTubers like Defyn, Thecodmineman, etc. They all have videos on Russian vehicles and lineups.
Also quick tip, I encourage you to use periods

Tanks are great from reserve up to 10.3. WW2 tanks are great, and Cold War tanks are great too, but at top tier it’s kind of boring because the tanks have poor mobility and gun depression. Otherwise, it’s all okay.
haven’t played WW2 Russia that much, so I can’t really say anything about it. But Cold War jets are damn good. Their guns are kind of shit, but if you play them right, no one can catch you. Top tier is also great, and CAS is kind of OP.
No idea , heli grind is too painful

Good all around. Have some rough spots but you really can’t go wrong with USSR/Russia especially if you want planes, tanks and helis.

The grind will take a while because the tech tree is huge, but the tanks themselves are quite good. It’s so funny when you kill someone and they keep saying something about “Russian bias” lol
the probkem with heligrind is, you want for top tier ( 9.0) helis, but you also want to grind tanks/planes. But you can resarch helis by tanks. But how? you need to finish tank tree, air tree, and the time when your fisihed, you dont wont to play helis anymore. But teh heligrind is actaully easy like tanks, if we forget about grinding actaull tanks
This is probably one of the only problems on their jets, except roll rate on something like a MiG-15.
I swear to God though, the GSh-23L has to be the WORST airborne firearm of all time. What person thought a water gun was a good idea to shoot down planes, and then on top of that put it on almost all Soviet aircraft
Not so sure about this…several russian tanks have some “quirks” sometimes like low depression, “low” mobility and higher reloads…which make it less user friendly. You can play russian and have fun for sure…just a friendly warning that some tanks need patience to use…

Well the gun depression thing isn’t all too big of an issue and the mobility only becomes and issue at 8.0+
Infact their WW2 tanks have really good mobility, like the KVs, T-34, and IS (to an extent)

Don’t research the tree past 9.7 in ground, unless you have Mi-28NM and Su-30SM. Otherwise, it is a waste of time as most of the tanks are straight garbage until 12.0 with the BVM.
