yes, but the slow reload is due to them having the highest pen threshold from the front, therefore slow reload

They do not, though. Soviet/Russian tanks are pretty damn mobile - they accelerate faster than Leopards, have a decent top speed, and have a pretty snappy steering.
Of course, there’s the terrible reverse speed for most of the Russian top tier, but that can be worked with.

T80BVM beats my M1A2 off the start everytime my Friend. I also have other top tiers, but as an usa main I always base stuff off it because me love abrams yes yes
