They certainly seem to have lost their way, despite some improvements in the game overall they seem to have lost the ability to maintain their product to reasonable technical and gameplay standards.
Perhaps the company has rotted? are they happy with earning from new players who have yet to experience the jank and get bored or it? don’t they want to be respected as a company making a quality game that keeps people playing and spending for years and years at it’s highest levels?
Maybe I was being too optimistic - what once seemed an atypical game company is just another corpo mess, sad days

I’ve decided since to never spend again on this game.
Terminator doesn’t exposes russian bias but rather the best of asymmetrical warfare would be in War Thunder, in simulator battles specially, SKR-7 and SKR-1 also can be very easily spotted and taken out, it’s a large ship but being large doesn’t means crew number. And the Ekranoplan, there’s no Ekranoplan in War Thunder PC/Console yet, which, technically doesn’t fit this argument.
Game’s need huge improvements for sure, this is no doubt, I believe that there are no russian bias but if you, for me, discussions like this is the equivalent of milking a rock, not productive. In a theorical scenario that, if Gaijin does give intentional advantage to russian vehicles, why is this corporation mess? Would the same be applied if we changed characters? This is something I’ve never seen someone reply.
Don’t focus only at top tier, there are other machines with good advantages at lower battle rating, one of the recents being the premium american heavy tank T58, which opens to question, is it russian bias or premium bias?
On the contrary, im spending even more on my tech trees to show Gaijin that im willing to shill out for a pay to win premium but this time for my tech tree. /s
On a more serious note. They are a corporation, some form of russian bias is needed to keep russia competitive at the top and excluding your biggest playerbase from your most profitable Brs would be an insanely stupid business decision.
But i dont think any of that really has something to do with the technical standards becoming worse, thats just the engine slowly but surely falling apart in the face of more and more modern weapons
