So, I was playing in my f14a (Talisman) and was grinding f111f to get ready for upcoming f15e, after completing the match I got 25975 RP but in research point for vehicle it was 23377 and when I hovered on it, it said -10% due to rank difference while I was in maximum vehicle research rank efficiency for f111f as f111f is rank 7 and f14a is rank 8, is this a slight nerf to RP secretly or what, I forget to take screenshot when the battle ended but I have SS of the match in battles tab, adding up all the RP gives 25975 but at the research for f111f, it says 23377 and 10% of 25975 is 2597.5 round off to 2598 and if we deduct 2598 from 25975, we get 23377.
I think there is a research deduct for one level lower, although not sure, this happened to me once and someone sent me a form.
Then the game should tell it explicitly… why stats card says “max vehicle efficiency of 1 rank above and below”.

They have to change this system since it’s completely absurd to take 60 - 95% of your rewards.
Especially with the shitty way vehicles are placed in trees with arbitrary ranks that are based on literally nothing, it cuts your lineup options when your 6.7 vehicle can’t fit in your 7.0 lineup because of the 60% penalty crap.

I didn’t know there was a penalty for being one rank above, and the fun part is that the boosters apply to the base RP while the penalty applies to the overall RP—perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Shouldn’t be an issue there, here’s what it looks like when I’m using my rank 8 to research a rank 7

Well I knew there was a reduction in RP % for ranks, but I thought that was 2 ranks below, not 1.
Yeah, I thought the same so stats card ingame lie.
Should be sth more like gradual increase, not just 10%-70%.
Selling premium vehicles → $$$ → golden yachts in Monaco, etc… :)
There should not be any penalty for 1-2 ranks, and maybe 10-30% at most and not 10-95%.
If I want to make an 8.3 lineup to research rank Vll I can’t use half the vehicles at the same BR because despite being at the same BR, they are different ranks for abitrary reasons so I can’t use the 8.0 with the 8.0, it’s so stupid
Or here I can use the 3.3 Wirbel but not the 4.0 StuG
I can’t pair the 6.0 Tiger with the 6.0 Panthers, I can’t pair the 5.7 Panzer IV with teh 5.3 Ostwind ll.
