These jets are much better than the current 13.7s, and they are on par with 14.0 in effectiveness overall.
Move them up. We’re tired of handheld premiums being favourably treated with a lower BR than they deserve just because they are premiums

They were more than powerful enough to be a 14.0 before decompression.
now they are a strong 14.0, maybe even borderline 14.3

Definitely. No reason the F-16A ADF should be the same BR as a plane with HMS, more CMs, more missiles, and a good FM (Su-30MKK). The F-16C went up so the MKK and MK2 should as well.
I can predict responses like
“B-b-b-but su30mk will suffer in 15.0 uptiers”

Hot take but all but 4 14.0 planes are better than them (with multiple being direct and large upgrades). The only 4 14.0 planes that are worse/equal to are the Finnish F-18C Su-34, and the F-16s, all of which should be 13.7 imo.
