Given that Italy has already been extended with the Hungarian tree i suggest Romania is added to the French one.
Given that the Romanians switched sides towards the end of the second world war and joined the allies is still a decent option in terms of historical accuracy.
They also have some helicopters in common so that also adds to the reason to add romania as a sub tree to France

Italy doesnt need the abrams lol. They can have the Leo though just fine! That actually makes sense
Wherever the Romanian Sub-tree goes, it makes sense for Romania to receive a vehicle it intends on operating en mass i.e. the Abrams.
In regards to Italy specifically, having the Leopard 2 makes sense since they intend on operating it as well as Hungary’s Leopard 2A7HU. To solve the Abrams situation (if it comes to Italy), maybe it can be a squadron vehicle or more likely an event vehicle worst case scenario to not overwhelm the tree.

I think we should see the final product first, maybe Romanian Abrams will be downgraded in some way, who knows.
Agreed, it should be a SEPv3 with FMS Composite Armor inserts, and likely (speculatory) have 120mm KE-W A1 APFSDS-T rounds at some point. Right now it’s just 120mm M1147 HEMP-T and 120mm M1002 TPMP-T rounds from the looks of it, probably for acclamation.

Edit: it looks like they didn’t have them and there is misinformation spread on the internet.
Not sure if a full tree is realistic ATM since they just got Hungary, but this is a great idea for the future and certain vehicles should be added ASAP (9K33, M1A2, T-55s) to fill holes in Italy’s capabilities.
About TR-125 - 2 tanks in game:
First is no - laser warning system but x2 smoke grenades
Second - laser warning system (in place smoke grenades), some other improvements and changes and only x1 smoke grenades.

Wrong, you can still see the on the right side the laser warning system. Compare it with this picture that has the box on the cheek removed.

Well, SIPRI says that we got 60 of them… but at the same time, they also said that we got 40 Su-7M and 4 Mi-14PL.

Absolutely no, Romania detests the USSR, even the Romanian Communist Party was anti-Soviet.
It is Italy that already has Romanian vehicles in its technological tree, so the Romanian tree goes inside the Italian tree.
