Yeah then maybe only the “FOB” (forward operating base) concept would be good/ok for SPAAs. It would also encourage SPAAs to get the heck out of spawn and stop being easy bait for CAS. If reload was simply in spawn, or ammo boxes could be dropped in spawn, I would probably use 2-3 missiles each attack (for SPAAs that can guide multiple missiles at once, like the Pantsir.)

Yes and no. FOBs are only effective in large or well-coordinated maps, but Gaijin’s maps are inconsistent—sometimes very small, sometimes very large. Additionally, if you build something with X, you need to get its ammo with the same X, not XS or something else. So, you must use backup. Moreover, what’s the point of capture points or strategic attacks if there are ammo boxes available everywhere?

ящик - пополнение бк на респе хочу, а то не возможно играть на катюшах и прочем. хочется респу во всю линию края карты, не две точки на оси, а по всей оси рандомно, карты придётся переделать, за то закемпить респу будет очень тяжко. наглядно, смотрим на карту 2:01 и считаем, что респа длится во всю респу 7 линии. 2 точки респы пережили себя в этой игре уже давно. хотя на форуме я это вроде предлагал давно. самолётам дали респ в линию, чтобы распределить игроков, тоже самое хочу и танкам. маск сети - окопы всё же минус - с другой стороны танковый окоп можно, рассчитывался бы под габариты техники автоматом, логично оправдать можно тем, что экипаж выходит и копает. на момент действия раскопок блокировать управление техники. заметил врага, нажимаешь снова, чтобы бросить это делать, но у тебя задержка будет в несколько секунд ( пока залезут в танк итп итд ). скорость раскопок зависит от размеров танка и колва экипажа. ящик конечно можно добавить, но только одним образом. выделить под эту возможность определенную технику, аля бмп и подобные. могут кататься и раскидывать склады по карте, чтобы построить этот ящик ( считаем что это мини склад, как в стратегиях ), пополняем очки ресурсов на респе и везём на себе, ставя где угодно. но пожалуйста, сделайте уже пополнения бк на респе. такое чувство буд то новый гейм диз появился или старый переиграл в стратежки =)

I also checked your thunder skill, you own 3 tier 8 vehicles, I can say you barely even aced a tier in any tech tree.

I would give the ability to build to IFV´s.
We dont have inf in the game. The vehicles dont have much purpose and are in very big disadvantage to tanks. If they would get the ability to supply and build they would have much much more use.

Tank hunters dont need that ability as they have very very good guns to deal with tanks.
It would encourage more teamplay.

People like to talk about RL a lot so this would also sooth there concerns as IFV´s third purpose is to carry supply’s if needet. This would build a dependency on the team. Gving a single plyaer all the power to do what he wants is bad.

The average SPAA player doesn’t leave spawn no matter what state the battle is in. This is slightly different around tiers offcourse

But depending on playstyle you also wouldn’t need trenches when there is plenty to hide behind inplemented in the map tho. They are basicly a one shot so hiding the entire vehicle would be more effective then trying to hull it down in a shallow trench.

This is a bit of an invalid point because you can bring around 40 shells in a lot of vehicles across the board.
Only special ammo types like secondairy rockets are usually limited by amount. And the hull rounds only get used after the ammo rack in the back of turret is depleted and will be automaticly transfered to the turret storage to enable the increased fire rate. I think the hull used shells only stay in the hull in the lower tiers of the game (until around 6.* to late 7.* if i think/ autoloaders excluded).

But like i said, i do get that something like the callilope would benefit from this mechanic external rocket wise.

I agree with you. But i do think limiting the amount of boxes or ammo in them would be a better option. And it would take some testing to see which ones could actually benefit from it tho. Some TD’S could use it and others really don’t need it. same with some auto cannons. And making sure to not make fast fireing td’s even worse to face. Autoloading artillery for example should be excluded in case of TD’s getting boxes imo (Bkan 1c for example)

But the brittsih nuke barn for example can only carry a few shells, yet has to reload for 2 to 3 buisness days with your average fully functional crew. And this becomes a lot more if for example the loader gets taken out. So in the limited ammo view, yes it would benefit, but to fire all 12 shells it would take you around 8 minutes if you fire constantly with a full average crew, which doesn’t happen realisticly speaking.
So with a lot of factors combined does the fv4005 really need or benefit from it when you have to keep moving around and take a match to use up those 12 rounds.

The aiming and ranging around mid range isn’t that bad imo. It is an ineffective tank in general so you only really play it for the memes or close range. The overflying salvo’s would indeed be cinematic to see but it was more of an example for tanks in general with the possible increase in camping haha.
And spam firing any vehicle in game would reveal your position in general offcourse

Yes and no. This account is mainly for communication with our community, recruitment, etc. There are not many vehicles in this account. However, you are wrong about the count of vehicles. Thunder Skill isn’t a good way to compare stuff. :) I’m not here to attack you.

I want to see more construction in the game, like in enlisted or squad

At first I had to check to see if this post was for Enlisted, but it’s actually is War Thunder. Ammo drops, camo nets, and trenches? It’s a hell no from me.

Maps are problematic enough already, without someone finding a way to exploit these new recommendations and block off exits from a spawn point (or toxic teammates trapping a team in a spawn on some maps layouts), or the some entry points to cap zone.

I think of the effort wasted on the bulldozer feature, and I see no one using it.

Couldn’t this type of effort be directed to maybe actually fixing the sound effects to whatever the devs keep thinking it should be once and for all, instead of these broken sound effects they deliver during these updates?

Or putting more energy and thought processes on maps instead of just painting red zones of death to funnel both teams into just boring, narrow head to head fights.

Now a trailer for some SPAAs I could see actually being a use, especially the early Swedish SPAA Lvkv 42 with it’s limited ammo. Historically there were pictures of WW2 German 20mm SPAA towing trailers.

How are you gaining so many? I’m always short of backups lol i have to get them through war bonds but don’t get alot because i don’t have time to play all the time.

Let the ones who want to play War Thunder play War Thunder and the ones wanting to play Fortnite play Fortnite.
