RNLAF Insignia, 1939 Locked

Hello WT Forum,
It’s come to my attention that the RNLAF (Dutch Air force) 1939 Insignia has been locked beyond usage on French- tech tree vehicles only. My guess is that this was done due to the new Dutch & Belgian subtree within the French tech tree?

I would like to vote for this to be reverted back to public use for a few reasons.

  • There’s still multiple aircraft in I.e. the British tech tree & others, used by the RNLAF in the past, not just the French tech tree. Therefore the Insignia shouldn’t be locked behind the french Tech tree
  • Personal customization. The Decal makes for a, a nice thick-orange or black bordered customization Decal, and B, would prefer to use it on any aircraft deemed fit.
  • Overal displeasure with the idea of locking away customization that hasn’t been locked for the last decade.

I’m happy to talk about the matter, though would be most happy to see it returned to General use.
It’s been both a mainstay underneath my cockpit windows, and it’s been my trademark Orange-wingtip on my many, also Dutch used british Aircraft :)

I used to put it on my planes as well, just like you under the canopy on the left side of the fusalage, like Dutch pilots in RAF service had them.

Now I use that JG26 decal of the clovrr with the number 13, as that is my lucky number

Yeah, used this insignia on British Spitfires, but after update they’re gone. Gaijin should rework these restrictions.
