When introducing the change in the economy, the game is in a perfect state in terms of RP and SL gains, after a while you hear the introduction of the earning system based on the time you stay alive in the match.
The problem I noticed with the introduction of this system was the reduction in earnings, especially in higher tiers, due to the fact that your earnings are related to time spent alive, with top tier jet matches lasting a very short time. (I’ve had matches that ended in 5 minutes).
I have some prints related to the gains with F5C when the economy came out and what I won recently, doing the same amount of kills, I won half of what I earned at the time of the change in the economy due to the match lasting less time.
I believe that this system should be redone (especially for higher tier) and I would also like to know more opinions on this subject of time-based rewards.

the SL economy at top tier is quite poor I agree. however its not so bad if you don’t dive into the fight instantly to die. I tend to flank around the side to catch peoples flanks, I live longer and am safer while getting easier kills

problem that sometimes this is out of our control, especially when it is our team that kills all the enemy
or our team that evaporates and almost every enemy team goes after you

This is really just another symptom of the rather myopic and poorly paced game mode development/design path we’ve seen over the past 3-4 years. We’re moving faster and shooting further but playing the exact same game (and in some cases shooting at the same targets!) we did in bi-planes. It’s incomprehensible and inexcusable from a developer of this size.
The current game design of ARB is not adequate beyond 6.0 or 7.0. Everyone knows it, yet here we are. Most of us long time players are frogs in the pot of water, but if you take a step back and look at just how ridiculously little forethought or attention has been given to improving or developing the game modes over the last decade, or even since the introduction of supersonic aircraft and missiles, well, it’s laughable.
There legitimately appears to be zero passion from the developer to proactively approach and improve the game itself. (Just look at the complete lack of acknowledgment or conversations from them regarding ARB EC.) It’s just so disheartening. The fact that the ‘time-played’ and ‘activity’ reward calculations don’t scale given what we (and the developer) know about match duration(s) at different BRs just speaks to the halfhearted and ‘one-size fits’ all approach to the game. They purportedly love collecting and analyzing mountains of statistics and data (and telling us about it!), but how it’s utilized and leveraged never seems to make sense in application or move the needle in any real direction—it usually just pushes the challenges elsewhere within the game or down the road.

As long as ppl keep on with buying premiums why should they change anything. I think its more of a community proplem we need to hold togehter and force them to change something.
