Leclercs are in line with 2A6, so I doubt they’re objectively one of the worst top tier MBTs.

No they aren’t, they have an autoloaded 5 second reload, much better than the 6 second manual reload of the 2A6

Tanks aren’t just their reload speed.
Technically hes right.
The leclercs mobility brings it up quite a bit, i do like them.
For example ariete, merkava and CR2 are all worse
if you can tell me what they are objectively better at despite a couple of kph faster top speed and the missing turret basket (and one second faster reload which they wont have anymore if 6 second is their actual true reload speed) i am very interested to hear.

No Commander thermals except for Leclerc SXXI - Check
as soon as they have the same reload like the leo 2a6 and turret baskets that for sure will come for all mbts, trust, theres literally no point to use a 57 ton light tank like the leclerc over any leo2a5+ variant.
Currently Leclercs are just as good as 2A6.
They have better mobility, reload much quicker (even in best case scenario for 2A6), better thermals, no turret basket.
Saying that Leclercs are one of the worst MBTs currently is just disingenuous.

No, stats are backing up my claims perfectly.
Phew man im happy that all those numerous downsides don’t show in the stats. But good that it has 2/4 kph faster max speed.
Maybe those downsides aren’t as important as you believe they are, which is perfectly shown in stats.
It has higher top speed and better HP/t, so in mobility department it definitely has an advantage.
The best leclerc, The SXXI has 26.7 compared to the leo 2a6’s 25 hp/ton, the last-in-line leclerc azur has abut the same as the leo2a6.
and they have 4 kph faster max speed than leo2a5/6/pso or 2 kph faster than t80BVM or Abrams.
If you think that is worth the same like all the downsides i have listed (and many more in comparison to the abrams - which in return have also some downsides) then idk man. Maybe play them yourself to get a taste of the “balans” in top tier?
atm their only real advantages are some that might be patched out with the turret baskets and a possible nerf to their reload rate.
Super excited for my chieftain reload fixes and the challenger ready rack fixes.

Don’t worry, they’ll fix it in just about five more years; the devs are too busy thinking about how to make easy money right now.
Looks like all those pros outweigh it’s cons when compared to 2A6, as seen in the stats.
Okay and when/if that happens I’ll change my mind.
Right now, saying that Leclerc isn’t competitive with 2A6 and is one of the worst MBTs in the game is just a bad take.

I’ve always found it funny how German mains put as much effort into nerfing other tanks as they put to buff their own…
The very second the Leclerc finally got its reload fixed to 5 seconds, German mains were already raging and making bug reports to nerf it back to 6. And you can see they still insist on this endeavour.
It’s all about keeping everyone else down so they are no match for the wunderbar Leopards.

The leclerc get’s rofl stomped by the leos anyways, vehicle stat wise. The players are what make the leclerc seem so bloody good.
