Last full nation yes, but sub trees have been added continuously.
Infantry is also on it’s way and will add tech trees as well.
I don’t count sub trees, they are added then left for dead

No they aren’t? new vehicles are added all the time.
If you want to make a suggestion for a new nation or for a new vehicle to a subnation then you can do that in the suggestion section here on the forum. That section is however pre-moderated and only posts that follow their rules and guidelines will get posted and it can take a couple of weeks for a post to get reviewed for publication. If it gets accepted and made public it then has a chance to get sent to the developers as a suggestion later on.
We did a lonnnnnng time ago, I just lost Hope
But with the rumor that gaijin will never add new trees, the suggestions are a little useless 🫠
