Because they took the requirement that turret and hull have comparable protection and messed it up.
They nerfed the hull to a 0° protection equal to the 60° turret arc…
Turret arc has always been 670 KE (also too low because of the terribly underperforming mantlet ofc) and they nerfed the hull to match it.

there a serious problem，anti-fragmentation lining for more vehicles good to pvp game，but developer have thinking about pve game ground assault？there will increase lots difficulty to pve game while player against the AI’s leopard2 and challenger2

This is the issue with going too modern, these are all hypothetical numbers, return to traditional WW2 game, reject Modern tech

Fix Air RB. Reduce team sizes, add more airfields and spread out the objectives. Furballs are not enjoyable with top tier aircraft.
