And pulls more gs, doesnt blow up randomly, it basically is the best radar missile in the game in every possible aspect. And the devs refuse to give other nations competent radar missiles to counter the er.

I’m not sure anymore, I just don’t recall the range difference being that massive. Since the past year most of my top tier battles have been in F-16s to grind and rarely did I have issues with the AIM-7M. I was quite content with it.

You should have try it before the RWR changes, people were more clueless thefore getting longer range kills was much easier.

İ admire its performance but lets be real, Aim-7M is no match for it.

I have a video saved in wich the aim7m randomly turns away on the last minute from the target, I maintained a full pulse dopper lock the whole time, it simply decided to ignore the enemy I was locking.
I have tried it, my best kill was at around 55 km of range and thats pretty far if you ask me, then I got regular 45 km kills on multiple ocassions with ease, mostly against other players using aim7s trying to bvr.
Not gonna lie That thing also happens while using R27ER, SARH missiles are generally weird because of coding i believe.

Since the choice of issuing HMD to Type A is more fair, why not issue the same AGM-65B in one step. As it stands, it is not possible to see the actual performance of the Type A in the game being stronger than the Type C in terms of flight performance
And this is not a matter of saying “US suffers US suffers”, its a matter of making the game fair and fun for everyone, and every nation that doesnt have acces to the r27er, suffers or struggles a lot when encountering it (if not flying low, obviously, but you cant stay low forever, eventually you will turn and at any range, missiles like the aim7 will loose)

I never experienced that on the er tbh, only in aim7s
İt happens rarely but its there, same also happens with 530D,Aim-7F and Skyflash missiles.

My problem is arguing over theoretical details, because between missiles most of the time they don’t really matter. I see for example how the AIM-9M is way less maneuverable than the R-73 and with older IRCCM, but most of my deaths in top tier recently have been to AIM-9Ms. Those theoretical details that are usually squabbled about don’t really matter in practice.
Even if it’s not perfectly matched with the R-27ER, it’s still a very good missile in its own right. If you get the first launch, you usually win.
I’ve probably faced many R-27ERs in my Mirage 2000C today, which only has Super 530Ds and only four missiles in total, and I was averaging 3 kills. I also had two aces.
That said I did vote for the AIM-7P a few days ago, I’m just saying the R-27ER is still going to be better but that shouldn’t deter you.
If your at, lets say 10-15 km away from a mig or a su27, and launch the aim7 a few several seconds before he launches the r27er, the er will hit you first, it doesnt matter if you loft or not. They want to make the r27er that much better? fine, but give competent missiles that dont blow up randomly to other nations

Not really.
Because of speed difference R27ER will usually win even tho if you fire later.
You can always compansate those disadvantages but this doesnt change the fact that R27ER has no match.
İt doesnt bother me tbh im just stating the truth.
İ would also like to see Aim-7P on other planes it will be better match against R27ER.

It’s my experience though, so I don’t know.
If you can compensate the disadvantages and still do great, why does it matter that much? At least that’s the impression I’m getting. I’ve been seeing pretty big or harsh complaints against the Su-27 and that’s where I’m arguing from. If right now t’s just a matter of “why not, that would be nicer”, I totally agree with that reasoning.
