If I finish researching this tank, will I be able to unlock it and play it or do I have to go back up and research the other lines now. I got really screwed on the France research tree after the update.

You have to unlock Rank VIII before you can play the Leclerc. You can research it but you won’t be able to buy it.
Nevermind, @jspene answered it, anyways: You can finish it, but you’ll need to unlock its rank to be able to buy and play it.
Wow that blows, looks like I’ll be done with France then.
Or just play the game enough to complete the rank 7 requirements, don’t need to drop the nation when you’re researching the leclerc, just seems a bit pointless
Was doing France for fun, have other nations completed. Don’t feel like going all the way back up now after almost have the Leclerc.
U can play this vehicle it happends to me with israel when they added the tank destroyer line dont worry

You won’t be able to buy it until you complete tier VII, I have it the same way, I think I only managed to research half of it but luckily I have the AMX 40 and AAA. Cheer up, from what I see you have the premium AMX so it will be easy to get the ones you’re missing if you like the nation.

Cuz for me it worked fine in the israeli tree when they added the tank destroyer line
Yes, the reason I left the American TT was because of that, I don’t like those vehicles but I know they are the best, and when they moved some tanks like the m50 or the t92 I didn’t feel like playing with those tanks anymore, so I just left it.
