i was reported for cheating, but i am not using cheats.
i dont really know how this stuff works, do i just get banned?

There are players complaining all the time…some don’t like being killed, some don’t like your name or decals, some are just annoyed…
Gaijin won’t ban on all complaints or they would run out of players…
BUT…they will check…particularly if you get lots of complaints…
If you are not cheating then you should be ok. If by any chance you get banned and you are sure it was wrong you can always present your case (to GMs or Support depending on the reason…cheating is always with support)

As guys already explained - if you are not breaking any rules, there is nothing to worry about.
Some players simply like to use “reported” as “you were better, I will not admit it, so I will say that!” (and maybe report you to GMs).
Our Game Masters do not act like “oh no, there are 5 reports on this dude, we better ban him right away” :) As long as you are not breaking any rules, you are safe and as I said, nothing to worry about.
