they could slap 9Ls onto them like they did with the F-4E and A-7E neither of which have 9Ls in the tech tree /s

true, but most of the time it just revolves around whos firing a IR missile and can you flare and use guns fast enough, or you could also take the 6x AIM-7F approach

ah ok I had got the AGM-45 confused with the AGM-88 lol

yeah, nearly the same missile just one has a better hit rate and more modern

yeah if they gave them 9Ls that would be much better for that br especially with HMD
