Removed Vehicles

Because it wasn’t a prototype - it was a mockup.

A prototype is a working vehicle - this was a wooden turret with wooden guns plonked on a regular Panther hull

The Surblinde is defenatly a gem. Its not much diffrent that the tech tree one. It offers up some gun depression in for a little armor. But awesome tank nevertheless.

it has better mobility, a 20mm and awesome armor at the same BR as the Surbaissé, it’s definetly peak tank.

There are solutions to this issue which might still work. See this YouTube channel and associated Discord server for details. I can personally attest that the relevant methods used worked for me during early 2025, but I haven’t used it since, so I do not know the current state of functionality.

Weren’t the mockup guns too?

Why wouldn’t someone be jealous? You got a tank that i cant obtain due to devs going to a more “realistic” approach (khfakes , lmurs having better loft , fake ldircm shields ect) so their reasoning about realism is false . Just because i started the game later than you it doesn’t mean that i need to lose access to it for an overused fake “realism” term

The guns were real and 4 build, just not unique to the vehicle.

I don’t understand, nor can justify Gaijin making so many vehicles completely unobtainable.
I am talking both about vanished TT vehicles and event vehicles that are realistically unobtainable (2000 $ price tag on an IS-7 or Surblinde).

Gaijin gains nothing out of it, at first glance, and more people don’t get to play niche/interesting vehicles.

I think Gaijin, has been desperate to add vehicles to the battle passes and are running dry. Why not let player choose to research one vehicle that is no longer available to obtain of their choice, instead of giving out vehicles in battle passes that many people don’t care about at all?

Imagine if ones or twice a year, in an event you could select a vehicle like: Tiger 105, Panther 2, Koelian, Surblinde, Is-7, LOSAT, whatever, that was in the game to earn it yourself in a customized battle pass?
The game wouldn’t fill up with all these niche vehicles and people would be somewhat happy finally obtaining a rare vehicle that they would never be able to again.

I get that, I know the guns we’re real, I just don’t think they were ever truly fitted.

No, only test stands.

They don’t need to come back. They don’t exist. They aren’t real. Not even prototypes. Don’t bring them back. I don’t care how long ago it was; they aren’t real and shouldn’t be in game.

Them being gone and exclusive is no different then Event Vehicles being exclusive, like the LVT(A)(4) or EBR 1954 or Swordfish Mk II or the 20mm Puma or etc. etc. etc.

Also, it is no different for Xbox and PS to have exclusives, or PC to have access to the marketplace. Microsoft and Sony do not allow for third-party market economies to operate on their platform. So PS and Xbox will currently never have access to the marketplace. So saying that the event vehicles are available for purchase to everyone is inherently false.

FCM.36 coming back from the depths of Gaijin’s basement:

E-100, Ho-Ri Production, Ho 229 (specifically V3), Panther F, Ostwind II, Bf 109 Z-1, 75% of naval vessels.
all of them are ingame and didn’t get removed.

Panther F isnt fake, parts of it still even exist.
E-100 had its hull, Ho 229, Ostwind II was also incomplete.

Yeah it was removed because it sucked not because it didn’t exist lol

Panther F existed, E-100 had a hull/prototype, Ho-229 existed, Ostwind II idk but if it doesn’t exist, then it shouldn’t be in game. BF-109 Z-1 same thing as Ostwind II.

Drastic overstatement, but also Naval has different standards because it’s a hell of a lot harder to build a prototype ship then it is to build a prototype plane or tank. Gaijin also said that themselves.

The Ho-229 that we have in game in fact did not exist. The V3 (the one we have in game) never had guns or its wings attatched. The Ostwind II did exist, we know this from a manifest. The 109 Z-1 was also only ever model.
